A hungry man is an angry man, and a sleepy man is a grouchy man. I realised that good food really brightens my day and enough sleep determines my next day's mood.
Whenever I don't feel happy, I just felt like getting myself an excellent meal to give me solace. Good food is now being associated with happiness. How to go to sleep when you are not happy? Get some good food! Then get a good and early sleep to prepare for a better day. Isn't that just pure bliss?
Now I wish to get the corporate gym membership so that I can get a good workout after a hard day's work, keeping me healthy at the same time. But I still have my language class and I may have driving class soon. So many things that I want to do! Who says retired life is boring? There are really so many things in life to do other than pure work.
