The stupid blog.co.uk again failed me. I wrote a long long passage and when I click submit, something failed and everything was gone. They should at least keep some draft or something. So pissed. Anyway I'll try to recall.
This is my first time to Little India. I've always passed by Little India with my parents when we drive through. Never really set foot on Little India together with the local Indians. My liking for Indian food started when I joined this company. I had many Indian colleagues and they showed me the world to Indian cuisines. Banana Leaf is a restaurant in Little India. It's quite a well-known Indian restaurant in Singapore. It's not a fine dining restaurant, therefore don't expect quality customer service here. Food is good.. they tend to be abit more proud. When you know their food.. you don't really mind too much of it. 
They will serve you free flow of rice and 2 side vegetables on a big piece of banana leaf (which explains their restaurant name). The simple vegetables tasted goooooood...

This is my favourite drink. Lassi is yoghurt drink. It is supposed to help in digestion when you go with food. This is a mango flavoured lassi. But mind you.. it can be super filling if you take this with food.
This curry chicken is done in Indian style. It uses chicken breast fillets. Although it's chicken breast meat, it's tender in this dish. Nicely done for those who like white meat.
Chicken Tandoori. Char-grilled chicken. Usually done red in colour but do not worry, the spiciness is not that red hot. Don't expect to eat heathily with this dish. It's char. Tastes char.
Indian Ice Cream! How good can it be? Haha. I've tasted many types of Ice Creams in different cultures.. this is really goooood! This is mango flavoured as well. It came as hard as rock. We had to bite on each piece. It tasted like frozen mango. Haha. Phew.. I love it.
Food wise is fantastic but it's not considered cheap. It's restaurant rate. $4 for a glass of lassi and $4 for ice cream. Already $8! Their service is not so good. They don't really customer service. Haha.. believe it or not, I will still have them when I come next time for the food of course.
